Miss T asked: I need to know of websites or car companies that will help. I don’t necessarily have the best of credit, but need some help because the interest is to much. I don’t need advice on if I should or should not do it just suggestions on where to go.

monkeybacon33 asked: I currently have a fixed rate of about 12%, and I was wanting to see what my options were for refinancing. Can I trust such online services as Ditech.com or Loantree.com?

Mr Yankee asked: I plan on doing major renovations, are there any cheap quick fixes to get a higher appraisal. I do not want to waste time and money improving something that is going to be replaced in a few months if it is not going to be very beneficial.
Our home renovation consists of new bathrooms, new kitchen. Initial appraisal is for refinance loan, to determine equity.

John Y asked: We have tried to auction it (with a reserve), conventional sales approach, everything. We have fallen behind and done a forebearance to save it. Is there anyone out there who will refinance since the onslaught of foreclosures?

Cale L asked: We put our house on the market a few months ago - no offers yet. We have since found a new house in another area (we have to move there for work). I would like to refinance our current house to lower the payments because paying two mortgages is not fun. Can I refi if our house is on the market? Any suggestion as to lenders who do this? We have excellent credit - just want to save some money during our transition until the current house sells. Thanks.
