Yes, loan officers also refinance. Their job is to present you in the best possible light to a lender to get you the best loan possible for your specific situation.
They also will explain anything you don’t understand about your financing options.
That’s the short version. They also work with the lender, appraiser, title company, realtor and anyone else involved in the transaction to make sure the process goes smoothly.
