It depends on what your mortgage states.  I also have an FHA loan.  It states that I cannot refi or sell for 9 years unless I repay the $5000 they gave me for closing costs.  Read through your loan info and see what you can find out.  It may be easier to just call your loan officer.  They should be able to help you out.</description>
