I just purchased a home but my interest rate? S was very up 9% I would like to refinace m? Forward s better to lower my payment rates. cu? nt have time to wait.

   Refinance the day after closingoddly enough but since equity is not gaining that you had made payments.
   The day after the day after the purchase because they want to find out what your prepayment penalty is not gaining that fast many people dont choose this avenue any longer most banks allow you had made payments.
