If I refinance my home, is there a good chance that my payments will drop?

jstone1923 asked:

I have horrible credit, but our auto interest is much higher than our home. Does auto interest typically tend to be higher?

If you have horrible credit you won’t be able to refi. yes auto loans are higher because they are short term loans.

Your payments will drop if the interest rate is lower or if the terms of the loan are modified to be paid off at a later date. Auto rates vary much more widely than home rates. not a very good indicator.

E-mail me. I can help you modify your loan to get lower payments. The paperwork is much less and there are no closing cost. You won’t get a refi with bad credit these days. Let me help you!
