Is it bad to refinance your car a couple months after you buy it?

Didn 't get a great interest rate, but just take what they gave us representation. I know that the proxy may sometimes cheat to take your fare, and did not shop around at other banks to see if we could get better. Just wondering if it is possible or whether it could hurt your credit account.
