I don’t know. I am sure certain factors would take into consideration, like do you have down payment $ and how much. Do you have a clean credit record since.
Need more information in order to give you an accurate answer. It will depend on numerous factors:
- Chapter 7 or 13?
- 6 months since filing or since discharge?
- Your credit score (even though it will be low bc of the BK you still have to have a credit score high enough to qualify for a loan)
- The amount of down payment you are putting down?

sure you cuold get a loan but the interest rate will probably suck

i seriously doubt it. i think it takes 5-7 years for bankruptcy to clear from your credit.

You can get a loan 1 day out of bankruptcy at most lenders.
