can I refinance my home if I home if I have a repo?
OK, I am currently in the process of refinancing my home, however, I just found out today by a relative that the car I co-signed for for a relative has been repo’d. I was not aware of the repo, but was aware of late payments. This did not effect my approval of the loan, but I am worried if they will pull my credit again and deny me. I did tell them I wanted to cash out to pay my debts. Does anyone know or have experience to this question?
