mcoopd1 asked: have spent 3-4 week trying to refinance my mortgage loan & each time the loan officer I’m working with promises me that he is the person that can get my loan done…but it really comes down to the underwriter decision. Why can I just work with an underwriter instead of a loan officer? It will say sooo much time!

MDC asked: We just get a mortgage at 6.00% right before the tariffs were cut. I know some people who have funded down again to 5.25% with no points. Should we try again, or finance are not likely to find a rate of merit by taking into account costs?

Mr. Christopher asked: Lets say in a 3 year period? I know I have enough equity in the home and just wondered if someone knew. Thanks!
The main reason for my question is I refinanced last year. My mortgage was then purchased by another lender and the new lender is THE WORST in service. I want to get away from them but was not sure how. I could not stop my loan from being bot/sold but wish I could have.
